Cancellations & No-Show Appointments

We value your time and request that you do the same. In the event of a same day cancellation, we MAY require payment equal to 50% of the booked service + a 20% service fee.
Same day is considered from midnight to the scheduled booking time. Late cancellations will require a credit card on file to rebook regardless of whether we enforce our policy.

In the event of a no show, we WILL require payment equal to 100% of the booked service + a 20% service fee. All clients are required to have a credit card on file and all fees must be paid in full to schedule a future service.

Late Arrivals

We make every effort to stay on time throughout the day. The primary cause of stylists running behind for scheduled services is late arrivals. We offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that time, we will likely need to reschedule your service. There is a 20% rebooking fee for any service rebooked due to a late arrival.

Refunds & Exchanges 

We want you to be completely happy with your service and/or retail purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a service, we ask that you give us the opportunity to correct the situation with the original service provider. If you are still unsatisfied, we will refund the service total to the original form of payment. If you're unsatisfied with any retail purchase, we will recommend a comparable product that may work better. If the replacement product is still unsatisfactory, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. 
Please contact us within 7 days to start any refund or exchange procedure. Refunds and exchanges outside of the 7 day window are at the discretion of managment. 

Wedding Policy

 (In-salon ONLY)

Hair services for in-salon wedding parties can be booked for any party size up to 12 guests depending on salon and stylist availability. Total number of wedding party, their names and services desired (updo, blowout, flower girl(s), etc) must be confirmed the day of booking. A 50% deposit of the total for all services is required to book. Deposit is non-refundable. We are only able to increase the number of guest dependent on stylist availability and any additions require the same 50% deposit. Since we are blocking out a specific amount of time for wedding parties, we are unable to decrease the number of guests booked once a deposit is made. Each wedding guest will be assigned a time slot for their service. Final balance is due two week prior to booking date. Prices are as follows:

Updos (including "half up/half down") $75.00 per guest

Blowouts/Curls (Hair completely down) $55.00 per guest

Children Services $45.00 per guest

There is a 20% service fee for all in-salon wedding services and will be added to final payment.

Children 

Twisted is a family-friendly, full service hair salon. We welcome your children for hair services. We understand that, occasionally, situations arise that require you to bring your child to your appointment. For the safety of all salon occupants, we ask that you keep your child(ren) with you at all times during your salon visit. Disruptive behavior compromises the enjoyable salon experience for you and other guests. In the event that your child is scheduled for a service and they are uncooperative to the point that the service is impossible, you will be charged for the time that was booked + a 20% service fee. 

Wellness Precautions

The safety and well-being of clients and staff are of utmost importance. If you are ill, please consider rescheduling your service. We have facial coverings and hand sanitizer available at all times. If you feel more comfortable wearing and/or would prefer that your stylist wear a facial covering, please feel free to let us know. 

Clothing Protection

We offer robes to protect your favorite sweater, blouse, dress or dress shirt. While we make every effort to protect your clothing, we encourage all clients to REMOVE any clothing and hang it in our changing room to ensure that color doesn't travel through the robe and cause a stain. Just ask your stylist where to find a robe and they will assist you.
We are not responsible for staining due to color bleeding.

Fashion and Corrective Color

Fashion and corrective color requires a consultation prior to booking.
These services require a $50 non-refundable deposit plus the costs of any color that we need to order to achieve your hair goals!

Forms of Payment

We currently accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
CHECKS are accepted after a third booking with our salon.
Don't want to carry your card? No problem! We can easily put your encrypted credit card information on file for future appointments.
All first time bookings MUST be secured with a credit card.
Gift cards for services and/or retail products are available for purchase at the front desk.
